RAISE NATION’S GENERAL EVENT REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICIES

REFUND POLICY

  • ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds unless we postpone or cancel the event. A simple solution would be to find someone that you know and trust to sell the tickets to. Please see the ticket owner’s responsibility section.

REASONS THAT ARE NOT EXCEPTIONS TO OUR NO REFUND POLICY

  • Unfavorable weather(hot, cold, rainy, windy & etc.)

  • Personal schedule conflicts

  • Personal matters

  • Accidentally purchasing the wrong tickets

  • Sudden illness

 
TICKET OWNER’S RESPONSIBILITY
Ticker owners shall assume the following responsibilities in the event that they are unable to attend the event…

  • Finding someone to resell the tickets to. You must share & communicate all details to the new ticket owner. 

 
EXCHANGING & TRANSFERRING TICKET POLICY & FEES

  • Exchanging or transferring tickets to a new date or time slot will incur an Exchange/Transfer fee. The ticket transfer fee varies by event-specific variables such as the nature of the event, event location, event date & event vendors.

  • Transferring Tickets to a new date or time slot can also incur a Price Differentiation fee. This happens when a ticket owner requests a new date or time slot that has a higher price.

  • In the event a ticket buyer purchases a ticket to a specific event but would like to transfer to an entirely different event, there may also be a ticket transfer fee and/or price differentiation fee if approved.

  • Submitting a request does not guarantee that your transfer/exchange will be approved.

 
EXCHANGE & TRANSFERRING TICKET FEE BREAKDOWN

  • Exchanging or transferring tickets to a new date or new time slot must be requested at least 10 days before the event. 

    • The ticket transfer fee for a request submitted 10 days before the event will be $10 per ticket.

    • The ticket transfer fee for a request submitted 5-10 days before the event will be $20 per ticket.

    • NO ticket transfer or exchange will be honored within 5 days of the event, instead, you may be issued up to a 50% discount code for a future event. 

    • Submitting a transfer or exchange request is NOT guaranteed. Refer to the ticket owner’s responsibility for the best option if you’re ever in a scenario where you are unable to attend an event.
