NOTICE OF FILM & PHOTOGRAPHY

By attending a Raise Nation LLC event, you are entering an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur.

By agreeing to these terms, you consent to photography, audio recording, video recording and its release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for promotional purposes, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by Raise Nation LLC and its representatives. You release Raise Nation LLC, its employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or or audio recordings, and you waive all rights to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use of these materials. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by Raise Nation LLC or the person or entity designated to do so by Raise Nation LLC.

EVENT ATTENDEE CODE OF CONDUCT
We are committed to providing a welcoming, respectful, and enjoyable experience for all event attendees. By attending this event, you agree to abide by the following code of conduct to ensure a safe and respectful environment for everyone.

1. Respectful Behavior

  • Treat all event participants, including attendees, speakers, volunteers, and staff, with respect.

  • Avoid any form of harassment, discrimination, or derogatory comments based on race, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, religion, or any other protected status.

  • Be mindful of the language you use and avoid offensive, inappropriate, or exclusionary behavior.

2. Inclusion

  • Ensure that the event space is inclusive and accessible to everyone, regardless of background or ability.

  • Respect people’s personal boundaries, including physical, emotional, and digital space.

  • Allow space for diverse opinions, and engage in open, constructive dialogue.

3. Professional Conduct

  • Maintain a courteous demeanor at all times.

  • Engage with fellow attendees and event staff with kindness and cooperation.

  • Avoid disruptive behaviors such as loud talking, interrupting, or monopolizing discussions.

4. Safety and Well-Being

  • Follow all event guidelines and rules, including those related to health, safety, and venue protocols.

  • Do not engage in any behaviors that may pose a physical or emotional threat to others.

  • If you feel unsafe or notice inappropriate behavior, report it immediately to event staff or security personnel.

5. Substance Use

  • The use of drugs or alcohol should be in accordance with the laws of the location and the event’s policies.

  • Please refrain from attending or participating in event activities if under the influence of alcohol or other substances in a manner that could affect your behavior or performance.

6. Respect for Property

  • Treat the event venue, equipment, and materials with care.

  • Do not damage, steal, or vandalize any property during the event.

7. Compliance with Event Staff and Authorities

  • Follow the instructions of event organizers, volunteers, and security personnel.

  • Disregard for event policies or requests from staff may lead to immediate removal from the event.

8. Reporting Violations

  • If you experience or witness behavior that violates this Code of Conduct, please report it to the event organizers immediately.

  • Event organizers will take appropriate action, which may include warnings, removal from the event, or other steps as necessary to address the issue.

9. Consequences of Misconduct

  • Violations of the Code of Conduct may result in removal from the event without a refund or further participation.

  • Violations of the Code of Conduct may result in the denial of all future events.

  • In serious cases, legal action may be taken if necessary.

10. General

  • Raise Nation reserves the right to modify or update this Code of Conduct at any time.

  • Your participation in the event implies acceptance of this Code of Conduct.
