You do not need a perfect plan or a long résumé to contribute. Bring a skill, an idea or a few hours you are ready to give. Together, we can turn good intentions into practical support and meaningful connections.
Introduce yourself with the causes you care about and how you would like to help. When sharing an opportunity, include who is organizing it, where it happens and what volunteers will do.
Group Rules
Make opportunities clear and accountable
Include the organizer, location, date, tasks, time commitment and any age or access requirements. Be honest about your role; never imply Raise Nation endorsement without approval.
Respect people and their boundaries
Be welcoming and constructive. No harassment, hate speech, discrimination, personal attacks or pressure to share personal information.
No spam, scams or unwanted messages
No unrelated ads, market reports, repetitive links, deceptive offers or mass direct messages. Ask before contacting someone privately about an offer.
Put community dignity first
Get consent before sharing photos or personal stories of people receiving support. Fundraising, donation links and supply drives require admin approval before posting. Respect volunteer commitments and notify the organizer when plans change.
Protect privacy and give credit
Share only content you have permission to use. Get consent before posting identifiable photos, private conversations or someone else's contact details.
Help moderators keep this space useful
Report suspicious posts instead of engaging. Admins may remove off-topic content, decline requests or remove members who break these rules.
